چکیده
This investigation aims to study the perspectives for obtaining natural remedies and food additives from raw plant materials that can be used in food, pharmaceutical, other industries. The selection of hazelnut green leafy cover as an item is based on fact it a organic resource now being discarded waste. In article, results are presented about determination mineral elements bioactive compounds bio-extracts 70% ethyl alcohol (BE-III) distillation water (BE-IV) obtained (Corylus avellane L.) where grow north-western region Azerbaijan. According our study, BE-III has 25 chemical elements, excluding Rb, total 12.797%, while BE-IV contains 26 21.347%. Amounts macroelements 10.4%, microelements 2.69% content BE-III, amounts macroelements 17.82%, 3.53% BE-IV. 87.2% their 78.65% amount Zn, which antioxidant activity, 0.009%, Se 0.002% content These values vary Zn 0.01%, but 0.001%. 15 substances were identified bio-extract; however, 5 bioactive bio-extract. research results, bio-extract abundant with antioxidants substances antibacterial activity. For this reason, these both supplement means treatment.
